THE EDUCATION RATE.
To the Editor'of the Marlborough Express. Sil, —Those who exorcise the privilege of voting under the Education Act can scarcely object to accept the responsibilities by paying the Education Rate. Those, therefore, who come under the denomination of “ Excused,” or not householders within the district, and yet voted the other day, cannot complain if, in default, they are presently summoned for the Rate. I am, &c., One Interested.
