HENRY DODSON Will Sell by Public Auction, at his Sale Room, Alfred-street, Blenheim, ALL THAT piece or parcel of LAND situate and being in the Province of Marlborough, in New Zealand, and being part and parcel of Section No.- 5, Omaka, on the Government Plan of the Province of Marlborough, bounded on the South by a straight line commencing at a point on. the East boundary line of the said Section, and being on the Northern side of the termination of George-street, in the Town of Blenheim, in the said Province, and extending Westerly twelve chains, or thereabout, parallel with the continuation of Highstreet, in the said town; thence on the West by a straight line extending Northerly (parallel with the Eastern boundary line of the said Section), to the continuation of High-street; thence on the North by the Southern boundary of the continuation of High-street, to the said Eastern boundary of the said Section ; and thence on the East by such boundary line to the point of commencement. —— And also all that piece or parcel of LAND, being other part and parcel of the Section Number Five, Omaka, on the said Government Plan, and being partly covered by water, and being bounded as follows, that is to say: On the North by a straight Hue commencing at a point on the boundary line of Section Number Five, Omaka, on the Northern side of the Government Road, and extending Easterly along the said Northern boundary line to the.
