Auction Sales. Sale of Valuable Property iu Blenheim. Tuesday, the 16th of February, 1869. Pursuant to Instructions received from the Deputy-Eegistrar of the Supreme Court, and by order of the Mortgagee. ME. HENEY DODSON Will Sell by Public Auction, at his Sale Eoora, Alfred-street, Blenheim, ALL THAT piece or parcel of LAND situate and being in the Province of Marlborough, in New Zealand, and being part and parcel of Section No. 5, Omaka, on the Government Plan of the Province of Marlborough, bounded on the South by a straight lino commencing at a point on the East boundary line of the said Section, and being on the Northern side of the termination of George-street, in the Town of Blenheim, in the said Province, and extending Westerly twelve chains, or thereabout, parallel with the continuation of Highstreet, in the said town; thence on the West by a straight line extending Northerly (parallel with the Eastern boundary line of the said Section), to the continuation of High-street; thence on the North by the Southern boundary of the continuation of High-street, to the said Eastern boundary of the said Section ; and thence on the East by such boundary line to the point of commencement. And also all that piece or parcel of LAND, being other part and parcel of the Section Number Five, Omaka, on the said Government Plan, and being partly covered by water, and being bounded as follows, that is to say : On the North by a straight line commencing at a point on the Northern boundary line of Section Number Five, Omaka, on the Northern side of the Govern ment Eoad, and extending Easterly along the said Northern boundary line to the North-east angle of the said Section Number Five, Omaka; thence on the East by part of the Eastern boundary line of the said Section to the river Omaka ; thence by the river Omaka to the continuation of Highstreet, aforesaid ; and thence on the Southwest by the North-east side of the said Government Eoad to the point of commencement. TENDERS are invited for SEVEN YEARS’ LEASE of Middlehurst Run, Awatere, Province of Marlborough, the property of Messrs. Cross and .Mowat. The Run contains about 40,000 acres (more or less), is welldefined by river boundaries and purchased land, and is considered to be as fine a fattening run as any in the Province, has Dipping Tanks, Drafting Yards, &c., complete. With the run there will be let about 6,100 Sheep of mixed ages and sexes The run can be seen at any time, and possession given on Ist April, 1869. Conditions of lease, with plan of run, can be seen at the house of Mr. A, Mowat, Awatere, or at the office of Mr. James S. Ckoss, Nelson, by either of whom tenders addressed Messrs Ckoss and Mowat, in sealed envelopes, and marked “ Tender for Middlehurst Run,” will be received until March Ist, 1869. 1806 THE LESSEE of Middlehurst Run can purchase from 4,000 to 5,000 Sheep, which have been bred and are now running on the property of the undersigned.
