NOTICE is hereby given that, on and after the 15lh February next, the provisions of “The Cattle Trespass Act, 1867,” will be enforced on my Land, Section No. 41, Opawa ; And I further hereby give notice that it is my intention to claim damages for Cattle trespassing on the said Land, and upon such portions thereof as are fenced or unlenced, together with driving fees. The large stock, selected by himself, and directly imported from the first manufacturers of England, the Continent, and Paris, to suit the Colonies, will enable him to compete with any other house in New Zealand.
