N r OTICE is hereby given, that under the authority of a Distress Warrant, issued out of the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Blenheim, the GOODS, CHATTELS, and GROWING CROPS of the above-named defendant will be sold by public auction, at the residence of the (defendant, at Renwicktown, in the Province of Marlborough, on Monday next, the 11th January, at 12 o’clock noon, unless the debt and costs be sooner paid.
