NOTICE is hereby given, that on and after the 10th November next, the provisions of “ The Cattle Trespass Act, 1867,” will be enforced on my Land, part of Section 14, and part of Section 16, Wairau Valley: And I further hereby give notice, that it is my intention to claim damages for Cattle trespassing on the said Land, and upon such portions thereof as are fenced, or unfenced, together with driving fees.
