Cattle Trespass Act, 1867-, NOTICE is hereby given, that on and after the 19th October next, the provisions of “The Cattle Trespass Act, 1867,’’ will be enforced on my Land, Section No. 58, Wairau West: And I further hereby give notice, that it is my intention to claim damages.for Cattle trespassing on the said Land, and upon such portions thereof as are fenced, or unfenced, together with driving fees.
