BLENHElM— Saturday, Sept. 19, 1868. [Before S. L. Muller, Esq., It.M.] John Higham •was charged by the police with being drunk and disorderly in the public streets, on the previous evening. Lined 205., and Ib. 6d. costs, which was paid. John O'Grady was also charged with drunkenness on the previous day at noon, and was fined 55., and Is. 6d. costs, which was paid. —— MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21sT, 1868 [Before S. L. Muller, Esq., R.M.] T. WARNER V. i. D. TEIPE. Thomas Warnfer, tailor, deposed that the. defendant was indebted to him £ls I9s. for clothes supplied, and, "after frequent applications, had received a post-dated cheque for £5 195., since the proceedings had been taken. The balance was still due. Judgment for plaintiff, with 18s. costs.
