John Shepherd, Separation Hotel, B Rush, applied for a 10 o’clock license, whii was granted. James Ford Hathaway, Ferry Hot< applied for a 10 o’clock license, which w granted. A medical certificate being hand to the Bench for the non-attendance applicant, another surety was substitute James Smith Carroll, applied for a o’clock license for the Iloyal Oak Hob which was granted. The Bench dispens with the attendance of applicant on aceou of illness.
