Sutherland, as Bakers and Confectioners, &c., in the Province of Marlborough, under the style or firm of “ Brown and Sutherland,” has been this First day of June, 1868, DISSOLVED by mutual consent; and that all debts due to, and by us, as such partners, are to be respectfully received and paid by the said John J.
