Preliminary Announcement.
In accordance with the progressive spirit of the age, the Proprietor of the Express takes this opportunity of stating that it is his intention to make certain material improvements therein at the close of the present Quarter , and thereby rendering his Literary efforts more acceptable to his large and still increasing body of friends and patrons. Express Office, Blenheim, May 30 th, 1868.
