Resident Magistrate's Court.
BLENHEIM— Monday, May 4, 1868; [Before S. L. Muller, Esq., B.M.] The following cases were on the list for hearing on Monday last:—“Horne v. Tallyman; Werayss v. Gunn; Hutchison v. Smith.” There was no appearance of any of the parties. GANE BROTHERS V. \V. ROBINSON. In this case the plaintiffs appeared and claimed £6 ss. for services performed. After hearing their statement the Bench gave judgment for the plaintiffs for £6 55., with costs 13s. RENEWAL OE LICENSE. His Honor the Superintendent took his seat on the Bench, and Mr. Thomas Wall applied for a renewal of his bottle license for his premises in Market-street. Application granted.
