®teneral Jiotiim Cattle Trespass Act, 1867~\T OTICE is hereby given, that on and J3I nfter April 2lst next, the provisions of the Cattle Trespass Act, 1867, will be enforced on all our Freehold Land, between the Fuirhall and Taylor Rivers, Omaka; and we further hereby give notice that it is our intention to claim damages for Cuttle trespassing upon the said Land, whether fenced or unfenced, together with charges for driving such Cattle.
