NOTICE is hereby given, that on and after April 10th next, the provisions of the Cattle Trespass Act, 1867, will be enforced on my Land, Section 66, Spring Creek, and I farther hereby give notice that it is my intention to claim damages for Cattle trespassing upon the said Land, whether fenced or unfenced, together with charges for driving such Cattle.
