TVT OTICE is hereby given, that on and il after March 261 h next, the provisions of the Cattle Trespass Act, 1867, will be enforced on Sections 49, 81, and part of 47, W airau West, situate on Spring Creek, and I further hereby give notice that it is ray intention to claim damages for Cattle trespassing on the said Land, and on such portions thereof as are fenced or unfenced, together with charges for driving such cattle.
