Mr, Moffitt moved in Chambers for an order of declaration of complete execution of a deed of Assignment herein, dated Dec. 13, 1867. Order made. Re R. H. Newth, an Insolvent Debtor. Mr. Moffitt moved upon the petition of the debtor, for an adjudication of Bankruptcy, a declaration of insolvency having been duly _ filed in court. 1 * Order of adjudication made. The first ", meeting of creditors to be held at the Courthouse, Blenheim, on April 7th, at 11 a.m.
