I WILLIAM HENRY EYES, Esquire, } Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby fix and proclaim that the Eighteenth Session of the Provincial Council of Marlborough shall beholden in the Council Chamber, Blenheim, in the said Province, and shall commence on Tuesday, the seventeenth day of March, One thousand eight and sixty-eight. .
