NOTICE is hereby given, that from and after the 28th February next, the provisions of the Cattle Trespass Act, 1867, both as regards damages for Trespass and all charges for driving or impounding, &c., &c., will be enforced on Btarmount Run, Port Underwood, and my freehold sections thereon.
