IVJ OTICE is hereby given, that from and after the 17 th February next, the provisions of the “ Cattle Trespass Act, 1867,” will be enforced on my Land, Sections 30, 25, and 27, Wairau West, and I farther hereby give notice that it is my intention to claim damages for Cattle trespassing upon the said Land, and upon such portions thereof as aie unenclosed, together with charges for driving such cattle.
