NOTICE is hereby given, |hat from and after the 17th February next, the provisions of the “ Cattle 'Trespass Act, 1867,” "will be enforced on my Land, Sections 30, 25, and 27, and I further hereby give notice that it is my intention to claim damages for Cattle trespassing upon the said Land, and upon such portions thereof as aie unenclosed, together with charges for driving such cattle.
