A QUERY?
To the Editor of the Marlborough Express. Sir, — I recently sold a line mare in my possession for the sum of £53, but for certain reasons I was induced to buy it back again for £4O. I afterwards sold it to another party for £45. Query : How much did I make out of the transaction ? It would appear taat I should make £ls, bat 1 didn’t.—Yours, &c., Toper.
