Bergin, Tailor & Clothier, of Picton, who unfortunately lost his house, furniture, and stock by fire on December 24th, while attending to his business upcountry. As Mr. Bergin was totally uninsured, and being an industrious, hard-working man, with, a large family unprovided for, the public will at once see the necessity for taking this step. In addition to the above business, John M'Allister intends to continue his trade of WHEELWRIGHT, Etc., ~ , and takes this opportunity of returning thanks, to his numerous friends and patrons for the support, he has hitherto received.
