GOVERNMENT NOTICES. IN THE SUPREME COURT OE N NEW ZEALAND. NELSON DISTRICT. In the matter of the “ Bankruptcy Act, 1867,’’ and in the matter of John O’Sullivan, the younger, and James O’Sullivan. TAKE NOTICE, that by Deed, bearing date the 27th day of December, instant, made between John O’Sullivan, the younger, and James O'Sullivan, both of the Picton Road, in the Province of Marlborough, Hotel-keepers and Contractors, of the first part; Henry Dodson, of Blenheim, Auctioneer, and George Henderson, of the same place, Merchants’ Agent, of the second part; and the Creditors of the said John O’Sullivan and James O’Sullivan, of the third part, all the property and effects of them, the said John O’Sullivan and James O’Sullivan, were assigned unto the said Henry Dodson and George Henderson, upon trust, for the benefit of creditors, and that such deed provides for the release of the claims of creditors, and has been duly filed in the office of the Supreme Court, at Blenheim. Creditors who have not assented to the said deed are requested to sign the same forthwith. Dated this 27th day of December, 1867. Chas. H.
