Subscribers are respectfully reminded that the Eighth Quarter of the “ Express ” commences on the 4th January, and that Subscriptions are payable in advance. . Delivered in town , per Quarter, Six Shillings. Posted free to any address ~ Seven Shillings. On all Subscriptions booked, in arrear, an additional charge of One Shilling will be added.
