McARDELL (Manager of the # British and New Zealand Mortgage and Agency Company, Limited) has pleasure in notifying that the Company's Opening Wool Sale Will be held on Thursday, 15th January, in their large and commodious Wool Stores, BRITISH SIDING. The stores are most conveniently situated, well lighted, and capable of holding over 5000 bales of wool. The Company Make no Charge for Storage, and would, therefore, invite Farmers and Woolgrowers to send in their clips as soon as possible, so that specification of same, giving weights, condition, *«nd quality, may be returned prior to reserves being fixed at sale, In the event of any lots not reaching vendors' reserves they can either be held over for future sale or shipped to London in the Gazelle, the first wool ship, and having immediate despatch after the sale, aud agaiust such shipments the Company are prepared to make FULL CASH ADVANCES. As only a Nominal Charge of One Shilling per bale is made if not sold, for offering wool in the local market, woolgrowers will see that it is to their advantage to try the "local sales before deciding t ship, and thus have the chance of two markets. Consignors aTe requested to address their wool to the British and New Zealand Mortgage and Agency Company, Limited, or McArdell, British siding, leaving the railage to be paid by the consignees at Inverca"gill.
