Prime white velvet and Tuscan are worth up to 3s 3d delivered in town r ; red straw, 23 }9d to 3s ; whilst inferior qualities range from Is 6d to 23. . Oats — An improved demand from Australia somewhat siirenghened -.' the ..market iv the eaily part of the week. We were enabled to quit one parcel' ox good feed a fc 2s 7d, f.o.b. We quote short feed, 2s 2d to 2s 6id,at which figures AY&lhaveplacd several lilies : milling 2s 6£d to 2s7^d, f.o.b. liiuif, bag* extra, Stocks are comparatively; light. Live Stock— Sheep— we held an auction Fale r of stock at WyuUnam ou the 18;h inst,, when, we sold on account of the Hun. Dr Meriziei, 122 prime fat eroi-sbred wethers, very heavy weights, at »s 3d. For Mr J. Temple 1 on we disposed ' of 500 shorn twotooth crossbred wethers ar. Us Gu ; the culls of the mob made 7a JtM ; 6u,0 do uo ewis, shorn, brought 10s tid. A small line of bhom rrost-bred wethers, good wiiguts, sold at 12.s ; 3fi crossbred ewen, wiiii lambs at iuot, brought 13s 2d.
