To start at 4.30 p.m. Races to start punctually at 1 o'clock. Nominations for the Consolation must be made after the Novel Handicap has been run Rules And Regulations. All races to be run under the Dvmedin Jockey Club Rules. All entrances and acceptances must be addressed to the secretary. No person will be allowed to enter or run a horse who is not a subscriber of one guinea to the Race funds. The jockey's colors must be Lent in with nomination, under a penalty of 1 soy. The decision of the Stewards to be final. Five per cent will be deducted from the gross money, in accordance with programme, for expenses. Three starters or no race.
