Note. — No new work will be undertaken by Dr Sinclair, as he will reserve his time entirely for those who have been previously under the treatment of the firm. On account of the prevailing erroneous idea that it is necessary for the gums to shrirk before inserting artificial teeth, Dr Sinclair 1 begs to state that he has adopted the latest American principle, by which means artificial teeth &xc inserted by implantation. This enables him to make the artificial teeth so steady and secure that they can never alter, whilst the gums are not even interfered with. Testimonials and American pamphlets to the effect that this method surpasses all others may be inspected. Patients can therefore have their teeth out , in the morning and replaced in the evening, and can rely that what they hear re shrinkage of the gums is at fault. It is impossible to explain the new method in an.' advertisement. Patients are therefore invited to have it explained personally. There is therefore in future do necesssity for you to wait six monthß till your gums shrink, for you can have the new teeth at onco five hours after extraction if necessary, and again it is not necessary to have the stumps extracted to have new teeth in, for by a new preparatory method these stumps are prevented fiom ever aching and artificial teeth can be inserted without there being any necessity whatever of having them extracted. g^ Note I — A footman will be in attendance in order to show patients into the surgery, with the utmoafc privacy.
