- ««> — AUCTIONEERS' REPORT. Green and Souncss report having hcki a sale of horses, etc., at their bazaar oi Saturday last. There was a fair demand for good horses, and a number changed hands, several fetching up to L3O each,, others LlB to L 22 ; hacks L-i 10s to LIG : drays, etc.,, brought good prices. They al;-c report having sold section 2, block IX., East Goro, to Mr J. D. Hunter for L 47 10s : also the balance of the municipal leases at good prices. I. S. Simson reports having held a stock sale at his yards, Gordon, on Saturday, the 25th inst. A good many buyers were present. He disposed of 100 crossbred wethers. fat, at 15s 8d : 200 crossbred wethers, ihrecparts fat, at lis td ; 100 crossbred hoggets, culls, at 'Js lld ; 2ijU merino ewes, at 4.s lid. Ho also held a furniture said at the house of W. Currau, whc#'he disposed of all the effects at satisfactory prices.
