Any present trustee may transfer the management of trust pioperty to the Public ' Trustee, who will thereupon hold such property upon the original trusts attaching ' thereto. ! Any person, company, as sociation or public body within or without the colony, may place any property belonging to them in charge of the I'ublic Trustee upon trust for such usee as may be defined in the deed creating the Must. Any building, land, or friendly society may by its rules provide that property belonging lo it may be placed in the Public Trust Office for such trusts and uses and with such powers as may be denned in or by the said rules. No charge is made for obtaining probate, nor for passing stamp and property ax returns, nor for correspondence however voluminous. Thus the saving to estates placed in this office is considerable. R.
