Government NoticesPUBLIC TRUST OFFICE OF NEW ZEALAND. ANY Person may appoint the Public Trustee executor and trustee under his will or cedicil. Any present trustee may transfer the management of trust pioperty to the Public Trustee, who will thereupon hold such property upon the original trusts attaching thereto. Any person, company, as sociation or public body within or without the colony, may place j any property belonging to them in charge of the Public Trustee upon trust for such uses as may be defined in the deed creating the trust. Any building, land, or friendly society may by its rules provide that property belonging to it may be placed in the Public Trust Office for such trusts and uses and with such powers as may be defined in or by the said rules. The advantages offered are :— Ist. State Guarantee against speculation, fraud, or dishonesty. 2n All iuvestments are considered by a Board, consisting of the Honorable Colonial Treasurer, the Attorney-Genera the Comptroller and Auditor-General, the Government Insurance Commissioner, and the Public Trustee. Careful consideration of all securities offered is therefore ensured. 3rd. The Public Trustee in his corporate capacity NEVER DIBS, NEVER LEAVES THE 1 COUNTRY, AND NEVER BECOMES INCAPACITATED, thus avoiding the many inconveniences resulting from frequent fresh appointments of Trustees, necessitated by death, change of abode, or mental or bodily infirmity. 4th. The contents of alO gallon drum can be dissolved in warm water in two minutes, avoiding all the delay that is met with in mixing other Dips. My experience being that sbeep dipped in this Glycerine Compound are in a much safer and healthier state than generally results after the use of arsenical preparations. I can further testify to the general usefulness of this Glycerine Compound for application to the skin of every animal on the farm requiring cleansing. I consider this new Dip an undoubtedly good one either for laree farmers or general use on farms. (N.B.— Mr Sutton's flock is the celebrated Southland Lincoln Stud Flock.)
