Wyndham Town Board as additional claute toßve-lawNo.ll:— ' Any person guilty of the following acta; offences, omisaions, or neglects, within the Town District of Wyndham, shall, dnJ- i conviction, be liable to pay a penalty not exceeding Five Pounds sterling (£6) Riding, driving, or ieading any animal, owheeling any barrow, cart, dray.v otl , carriage upon or along any foot path wfth outithe permission of the Town Board. ' Furiously or negligently riding or dri?in ' any animal through any public place street, or thoroughfare. ' . . Exposing in any public.street or thoroughfares except in any fair or market lawfully ' appointed for that purpose, any horse or other animal for show Or sale. Permitting any cart to Btand or ply iot hire within the Town District .without having a license in force for such cart licensing or authorising such standing v • ay plying for hire. ''"-.; 2. The word " cart " shall, for the purpose £ of these Bye-laws, include every waggon," * ' dray> or other such carriage, whatever '■' be its construction, drawn' by horses or •..- other animals, used wholly or chiefly fos£" • ; the carriage of burdens or heavy goods. 3.
