NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuauce of the powers granted by 1 "The Public Works £ct, 1882," it is proposed to stop certain roads, and to open certain new roads, all as described in the schedules X, L, and R hereto, and delineated on plans -••v^ X, L, andß respectively, prepared * me Southland County Council in terms of " The Public Works Act, 1882," and open for inspection at the Southland County Council Office, Invercargill, for a period of eight weeks from date hereof. Road proposed to be closed, being roadline one chain wide, within section 1, block IV, Wyndham District, colored green on a plan marked X, now open for inspection. 2. Road proposed to be opened, being roadline one chain wide, within section 1, block IV, Wyndham District, colored pink on a plan marked X, now open for inspection. Schedule L. 1 Road proposed to be closed, being roadline two chains wide, lying between j sections 136 and 59, Hokonui District ; also a chain wide roadline along bank of Charlton Creek, connecting said two chain roadline with the Railway Reserve, all colored yellow on a plan marked L, : now open for inspection. j Schedule R.
