A grand Masonic ceremony took place in the Melbourne Town Hall yesierday, when Sir Clark was installed as District Grand Master of the English, Scotch, and T-:? 1 ! Constitutions. Fully three thousand ■ .-• wore present. In the evening a icvee and banquet were held at the Town Hall, attended by eleven hundred people. The whole of the day's proceedings passedoff with great eclat.
