General Notices. SPOKTING NEWS~i SECOND GRAND DRAWING IS NOW OPEN ! FIRST DRAWING for L2OOO on the Hamburg principle filled up before the advertised time. The money will be_ returned for the large number of applications that came too late for the first drawing, or programmes will be forwarded for Second Drawiner. The Second Drawing is now open, for the grand and equal distribution of Money Prize*, amounting to L3OOO, to be drawn the s=nme as in Hamburg and other Continental Cities. This Second Drawing will take place not later than the end of April, or earlier if filled, and thy Third Drawing will open Ist May. These Gnnad Drawings will take place every two months. Over 000 applications for programmes are now registered for the Second Drawing. The Company were induced to make this Second Drawing for L3OOO, in consequence of the first drawing having filled so rapidly, also fn cnnblc them to give larger prizes. The grand principle of these Hamburg Drawings is that a purchaser of: 25 Programmes is guaranteed a Prize, as it is so drawn that a prize must come out to every 25 numbers, and the chances are in favor of the investor drawing a large prize, as thcie are 12-1 large prizes against 116 small ones. To any Investor of L 2 the chances are only 6 t^ 1 against him drawing a prize, and the Head Prize or any other may be drawn by any investor of 10s. The large bulk of money in thi3 Grand Drawing is not given away in one big paize, as it is in the Horse Consultations, but you will observe in this Hamburg Drawing that the L3OOO is fainy proportioned into 2-tO Piizes, giving every shareholder an equal chance of getting a good prize. This Hamburg Drawing is on the most novel, and will be conducted on the Fairest Principle Possible, so as to give entire public satisfaction.
