The trial of the Marquis de Eays on charges of fraud and deception in connection with the New Ireland expedition concluded to-day, when the prisoner was found guilty aud sentenced to four years' imprisonment, and to pay a fine of three thousand francs. The associates of the Marquis were also found guilty, sentenced to shorter terms of imprisonments, and fined in the same amount.
