The N.M. and A. Co. say of grain in their last Invercargill report:— "We have nothing fresh to report this week, as usually at this season fof the year business is almost at a standstill. We have placed a few lots of fair feed at from ls 9d. We quote prime milling wheat, 4s, f.0.b. ; second quality 3s 9d ; milling oats, 2a ; good brightfeed, ls 9d to ls IOd; second quality, ls 7dto ls 9d, Mr G. F. Martin has sold, on behalf of the New Zealand and Australian Land Company, 133 acres of the Seaward Downs essate, to Mr George Everest, at £9 per acre.

In Sydney, New Zealand wheat has declined 3d per bushel, and is quoted at 4s ; New Zealand oats have fallen ld, and are now worth 2s 3d.
