General Notices. TUTURAU ROAD DISTRICT. ROADS TO BE CLOSED. T^rOl'lCE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is -L^l the intention of the Tuturau Road Board to close the undermentioned roads : — No. I.— Road through part of section 5, block IX., Tuturau, starting 690 liuksfrom the west boundary of section 5, and running in an easterly direction to the Waraikiki stream. No. 2.- The dotted track starting at a point 550 links from the south-west corner of section 63, block 111., and running through the said section 63 in an easterly and south-easterly direction, thence through sections 30 and 29 in a southeasterly direction until it intersects sur- j veyed road 703 links from the south-east corner of section 29. Also surveyedroad starting at the south-eait corner of section 60, block 111., and running west 1120 links, thence along the west boundary of sections 60, 59, 64, and 27 unUj it intersects surveyed road. Also surveyed road along north boundary of section 59, block 111. No, 3,_The dotted track running in an easterly direction through section 38, block IV., thence through section 40 to its east boundary, also that portion of dotted track running in a south-easterly direction through section 40, thence 600 links due east. No, 4. — That portion of surveyed road from the west boundary of section 55, block V 11.,' thence running in a curved line in a northerly direction until it intersects surveyed road. No. s.— The ,road starting at the north-west corner of section 10, Mock V., and running in an easterly direction ; thence with a curved line north-easterly until it intersects surveyed road. No. 6.— That portion of road through Native reserve, section 46, block 111., Tuturau, commencing at the south-west boundary
and running in a north-westerly direction until it intersects surveyed road. jsf 0> 7,— That portion of surveyed road commencing at the most southerly angle of section 6, block 111., and running in a northerly direction 2864 links. Also portion of road commencing about the centre of the west boundary of section 16, block 111., Tuturau; thence in a north direction along the west boundary of sections 16 and part of 15, in all a distance of 1720.7 links. jfo. 8. — That portion of road starting 614 links from the south-west corner of sections 16 and 6Q, and running in an easterly direction along the south boundary of section 16, block VI., until it intersects surveyed road ; also roadline running along the north boundary of section 67, block IV., Tuturau. No. 9.— Road running along the south-west boundary of section 50, block 111., Tuturau. No. 10,— That portion of roadline on the westerly side of section 37, block IV, a distance of 1706 links.
