-*- The breadstuffs market in London continues dull. Adelaide wheat has declined by ls to 475, ex store. Adelaide flour has suffered a similar fall, and is quoted at 33?, ex store. New Zealand wheat, ex store, is quoted at 44s to 465, being a decline of two shillings in finest qualities. The first portion of the cargo of mutton on board the steamship lonic from Lytt-lton has been placed in the market in London. The meat was of prime quality and realised from 7d to 8d per lb, the average being 7-Jd. The Melbourne manager of the National Mortgage and Agency i. orapany. New Zealand, Limited, reports of the local grain market as follows :— Wheat : The maiket is quieter and weaker. Shipping wheat, 4s lOd to 4s lid; fowls' wheat, 3s 9d to 4s 3d ; malting barley is firm at 5s 3d to 6s 3d ; tlie market is active. New Zealand oats are in fair demand at 2s lid to 3s 2d for feeding, and 3s 2d to bs 3d for milliug qualities ; New Zealand oats, under bond, 2s 2d to 2s sd.
