Any present trustee may transfer the management of trust property to the Public Trustee, who will thereupon hold such property upon the original trusts attaching thereto. Any person, company, assOciation er public body within or withoHt the colony, may place any property belonging to them in charge of the Public Trustee upon trust for such uses aB may be defined in the deed creating the trust. Any building , land, or friendly society may by its rules, provide that property belonging te it may be placed in the Publio Trust Office for such tiustß and uses and with such powers as may be defined in or by the said rules.
