Mclntyre to offer by public auotion (if not disposed of privately), on or about the second week in May, his highly improved and valuable farm, being section 9, block 6, Waikaka. This farm is only 1 J miles from the Pukerau Railway Station. 110 acres are in stubble, 25 aores in turnips, the balance in natural pasture, all fenced, with good house and stable erected thereon. The farm is well known to be the finest in the district for growing both wheat and oats. Mr Molntyre'a only reason for selling is that he is going into another line of business.
