Sheep Dip. THE DIP FOR NEW ZEALAND HATCH'S IS THE GENUINE ! [Registered Trade Mark.] '■ IB IP ; SOLE MANUFACTURERS t J. HATCH & CO.. SEE THE FOLLOWING TESTIMONIALS The New Zealand Agricultural Co., ' Limited. Wantwood, £7th December, 1882. Joseph Hatch, Esq., Inyerc?rgill. Dear Sib,— l have used your "Wilson's CotiONIAIi Sheep Dip " for the last four seasons, and last year dipped over sixty thousand (60,000) Crossbred Sheep with it. I have greui, pleasure in informing you that our Sheep all looked well at shearing timesharing no lice or ticks on them, nor did I see a single | " plucky " sheep amongst them. The wool also was in good sound condition. I have to add that last year I used cold water only for dip* ping with, and found your Dip equally as efficacious as when used with hot water. This is worthy of mm ark, as it reduces the cost of dipping considerably. I am, yours faithfully, WILLIAM A. DONALD, Station Manager for N,Z. Agricultural Co. Edendale Estate, 14th Jsnuaiy, 1882. Messrs J. Hatch and Co., InrercargiH. Dear Sirs.— ln reply to your enquiry as to the success of the Sheep Dip you supplied me with last season, I have much pleasure in stating that it gave me great satisfaction and fully sustained the previous high opinion I had formed of your dipping compound. Without doubt as far as my experience goes, there is no Shtep Dip to compare with it in its lasting effects (and this I believe is the most eißential property in an insect destroying compound, as any one of the numerous Dipping preparations in the market will destroy vermin for the time being) and I never saw flocks so clean and free from lice and ticks as were those here at the past shearing season, notwithstand* ing that the dipping took place so long ago as March. With regard to the use by Mr Logan Wilson of the previous testimonial I gave yo I have only to say he certainly has not my per* mission to use it. The Dip he is advertising may or may not be equal or superior to yours for aught 1 know, but until I have had experience of Ihe compound manufactured by him I must protest against the insertion of my testimonial to yours in his Circular.— l am, dear Sir?, Yours truly, Wm. Hay, Manager. Wftifcawa Station, ian, 1/ 1889. Messrs J. Hatch and Co., Invercafgill, Deab Sies,— Your letter of the 20th December to hand some time agOi I have to ao* knowledge that my flock is in better condition this year than ever they have been, and the fleece is in splendid order and sheep free from vermin, Your Dip has given me satisfaction.
