Notices. jrjOLLOWAY’S OINTMENT. OLD SOUKS AXD SICIX DISKASAS. The seeds of tliese disorders are etFectually expelled by this penetrating unguent, not only from the superficial parts, but from the internal tissues likewise. Any case, oven of twenty years’ standing, speedily yields to its influence. A CERTAIN' CURE FOR BRONCHITIS, IHI’IITIIKKIA, SOKE THROAT, ASTHMA, &C. For curing sore throat, diphtheria, bronchitis, asthma, tightness of the chest, and pain in the side—which instant treatment alone prevents degenerating into more serious maladies, this Ointment has the same power over chest complaints as a blister possesses, without causing pain or debility. Old asthmatic invalids will derive marvellous ease from the use of this Ointment, which has brought round many such sufferers, and r uestablished health after every other means had signally failed. BAl) HEH.S, BAD BREASTS, OI.I> SOKES, AND ULCERS, By rubbing the Ointment round the affected parts, it penetrates to the tissues beneath, and exercises a wonderful power on all the blood flowing to, and returning from the diseased part. The inflammation dimishes, the pain becomes less intolerable tiic matter thicker, and a cure is soon effected. In all long-standing cases, Holloway's Fills should also be taken, as they wiil thoroughly expel all depraved humors from the body. GOUT, RHEUMATISM, STIFF JOINTS. (lout and Rheumatism arise from inflammation in the parts affected. To clfect a permanent cure, adopt a cooling diet, d"ink plenty of water, take six of Holloway’s Fills night and morning, and rub this Ointment most effectually twice a day into the suffering parts : when used simultaneously, they drive all inflammation and depression front the system, suitdue and remove all enlargements of the joints, and leave the sinews and muscles lax and uncontraetcd. ABSCESSES, ERYSIPELAS, PILES. Unvarying success attends all those who treat these diseases according to the simple printed direction wrapped round each pot. A little attention, moderate perseverance, and trifling expense, will enable the most diffident to conduct any case to a happy issue without exposing their infirmities to anyone. The Ointment arrests the spreading inflammation, restrains the excited vessels, cools the overheated skin, alleviates throbbing and smarting pains, and gives immediate case and ultimate cure. Both the Ointment and Fills should he used in the following complaints : Bad legs Corns—soft Burns Bad breasts Fistulas .Sore Throats Glandular swcllsGout Skin Diseases Bunions Lumbago Scurvy Chilblains Files Sore heads Chapped hands Rheumatism Tumors Contracted and Sore Nipples Ulcers stiff Joints Scalds Wounds The Ointment and Fills are sold at Professor Holloway’s Establishment, 533, Oxford Street London ; also by nearly every respectable Vendor of Medicine throughout the Civilized World, in Pots and Boxes, at ; Is lid ; 2s Oil ; 4s (id ; 11s: 22s ; and 33s each.
