All entries and acceptances must lain sealed covers, addressed to the Secretary at the Masonic- Hotel. Rlonheim. and contain entrance money, description and ago of the horse, and colors to he worn hy the rider. Xo entrance \\ ill he received later than S o’clock p.vn. (unless sent hy telegraph) and must hear ofiiec date prior to that time. 'i’he rules of the Marlborough Racing Club will he strictly adhered to. The second horse to save his stake in all cases, except when a provision is made for the second horse. All disputes, claims, -md objections arising out of the races shall Vie decided by the 'Stewards, or whomsoever they may appoint. 'idieir decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. Any jockey ridinc except in the colors entered will be fined £2.
