They must be addressed to the General Manager of New Zea land Railways, Wellington, and marked outside “ Tender for Coal.” Specifications can be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the offices of the Railway Managers'at Auckland, Whangarei, Napier, Wellington, Wanganui, New Plymouth, Nelson, Picton, Grcymouth, Westport, Christchurch, Dunedin, and Invercargill. Telegraphic tenders will be received if presented at any Telegraphic Office by NOON of the same date, provided that written tenders in due form are lodged at a Railway Manager’s office by the same hour. * The lowest of any tender will not necessarly be accepted.
