Notices. To the Electors of the Wairau. ENTLEMEN, —At the forthcoming General Election of Members for the House of Representatives, I propose to otter myself as a Candidate for the Wairau Seat. I shall ask you to be good enough to meet me at various places in the Electorate to discuss matters of public interest to the Colony and yourselves.
