In the matter of “ The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876,” and of the second Acts amending the same and of the Bankruptcy of John Donaldson, a Debtor. [HIS is to notify that John a Donaldson, of Wairau Valley, in the Provincial District of Marlborough, storekeeper, has this day tiled a declaration that he is unable to meet his engagements with his creditors. The first meeting of creditors to be held on Tuesday', the 4th day of October, 1881, at the Supreme Court House, Blenheim, at the hour of 11 o’clock in the forenoon.
