In the matter of “ The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876,” and of the second Acts amending the same and of the Bankruptcy of John Donaldson, a Debtor. [HIS is to notify that John a Donaldson, of Wairau Valley, in the Provincial District of Marlborough, storekeeper, has this day tiled a declaration that he is unable to meet his engagements with his creditors.
