NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Blenheim did on the 12th day of August, 1881, at a special meeting called for that purpose, pass a resolution altering a certain street between sections 68 and to 3, Grove Road, bv increasing the width of the said street eighteen inches oil the Northern side, and diminishing the said street eighteen inches on the Southern side, from the Grove Road to the Omaka River.
