The depression reported yesterday is now passing rapidly eastward, being now oil Macquarie, causing a hard South-east gale in Sydney, with three inches of rainfall in the last 25 hours during hard Northeast squalls. The telegraph lines are down and the mountains covered with snow. The barometer is high in the North and the interior, being 30'-t in Portland and Wentworth, and 30 in Sydney.
