ON TUESDAY, 12th July, 1881, twelve (12) Sections, including 1,700 acres, situate in the Belmont and Pahautanui Districts, will be open to purchase at the Land Office, Wellington, on Deferred Payments. Litho. maps, schedules of contents, and upset prices can be seen, or will be forwarded on application. On WEDNESDAY, 13th July, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, forty (40) Sections in the above-named districts, and twenty-three (23) Sections in the Whareama and Waipoua and Manawatu districts, comprising an area of 10,000 acres, varying in price from 10s. to 80s. per acre, will be offered for sale by public auction, at the Land Office, Wellington. The Belmont and Pahautanui Sections are within twenty miles of the city ; bridle tracks or road lines have been cut, giving approach to the sections within tlie block, and the rail and road is available for most of the distance.
